皇家霍洛威大学（Royal Holloway, University of London)，是坐落于英国首都伦敦郊区的世界一流大学。RHUL始建于 1886 年，维多利亚女王亲自授予其皇家特许状并主持了开校典礼。皇家霍洛威学院于 1900 年加入伦敦大学，成为独立组成学院之一，并且作为伦敦大学选定专门进行科学教学与研究的五所院校之一。1986 年伊丽莎白二世女王又于该校 100 周年校庆之际主持了其与贝德福德学院（1849 年成立）的合并典礼。全校有 9,966 名在校生，其中 7,992 人为英国本土或欧洲学生，1,974 名国际学生。7,648 名本科生，1,599 名授课型研究生，719 名研究型研究生。
